For me yoga is raising awareness of what our true nature is and accepting it with understanding, enjoying each aspect of our own self. To be equally absorbed by the things we love to do and the ones not so exciting. To realize our own limitations and turning them into opportunities by shifting them step by step until we become aware of the big picture of our nature. To dive deeper and deeper into our soul, until there is its eternity shining through. To be filled in with courage and willing to evolve, to let our bodies taste the freedom that is our natural state. To embrace the change, as a natural occurrence and to let the flow be expressed through us.
Yoga is love, yoga is calmness, yoga is confidence, yoga is focused and spread mind at the same time, yoga is a warm hug, yoga is a given hand, yoga is the sparkle in the eyes, yoga is to help the person you don't like. My way is yoga and since I've found it I keep being amazed by the possibilities in the ocean of my deepest core, welcoming me to dive "1000 times deeper" and to light the fire in the darkest place.
On my way, apart from my inner teacher, I offer my infinite gratitude to Shiva Rea, Yuko Harmegnies, Maria, Twee Merigan, Ian, and many other great teachers and friends, that crossed my path in the most inspiring way. I bow to them for showing me how to open my heart with no fear, how to smile when my body is on fire, and for the inspiration to share it with more people. I also admire my great teachers, my own students, who trust me and allow me beside them on the path.

Yoga found me at the exact time in my life when I was asking myself ‘what are we living for and what is the meaning of life’. I was 20 at the time, I was studying pedagogy and I had seen enough of life to think there life has no meaning. In 1999 my mother offered to take me to India, where I could study yoga and the wisdoms of ancient masters. Even though I didn’t like the idea very much, at least it would be something new. I spent 2 years living at a yoga ashram (a school where one learns about all the yogic teachings in Northern India), I studied yoga as a philosophy and as a practice. When I came back to Bulgaria I had no intentions of teaching yoga, but my friends were very instant in me sharing what I had learned in India and in 2003 I started teaching. At the beginning I started at Hotel Ganesha, after which I started Gayatri Yoga Studio. While teaching, I was also intensively being taught myself. I visited the ashram in Athens many times in order to go to yoga courses, and again I traveled to India. In 2006 I found the American yoga teacher Shiva Rea, while visiting a course of hers in London. My second meeting with her was in 2007 in Santorini, where we were together with Tedy. That very same summer I went to a Vinyasa teacher’s training by Shiva in Boston. I also studied Shivananda and Satiananda Yoga, Ashtanga and Forest, but my favorite type of yoga is Vinyasa. I have also concluded a teacher training course by Shiav Rea in the USA called Yoga Trance Dance. For me yoga is a wonderful way to live in harmony,, happiness and peace with ourselves and the world around us, to be aware of our freedom and to develop our energy through unification with the universe.

Before three years when i first started with pilates professionally began the endless journey with no beginning and no end - the journey within me. I lived through the balance of body, mind and spirit. I became aware of the fact that my mind wanted the charge of everything and i managed to transform that control into control of the body. I felt the flow of power, motion, firmness and peace at the same time. This is how i got my own truth, giving my body - mind - spirit their nature
essence in BALANCE.

  Georgi Chapalov - Yumeiho Massage

My interest in alternative therapies and massage stem from the time when I practiced martial arts in the 90-ties. A couple of years later, in 1996, I began to study different massage techniques. What I like best in the Yumeiho therapy is that it balances and expands the life force in our system. This method shows us how the stress that we experience daily and the physically inactive lifestyle that many people have lead to stress in the human body and eventually to wrong positioning of the bones in the hip joints and spine. Through massage we regain balance in the muscles and the joints and improve overall emotional and physical well being. After a Yumeiho procedure, one feels energized, relaxed and balanced!
